Yes, as long as its before we ship, which is in 2-3 days.
Do I have to pay for customs charges on my orders?
Our warehouse is in the U.S. and we ship with the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, USPS is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Fabric Pro. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office.
What if I have not received my order?
If your Fabric Pro iron is yet to arrive to a U.S. destination, we will provide complete tracking information and shipment updates and anticipated delivery dates. For overseas shipments, USPS tracking stops at the point of entry. We will provide your local carrier with as much information as possible to track your shipment. Rest assured we will do anything in our power including shipping additional units if necessary. We will absolutely work to get your product to you within the USPS system. You can reach out to customer support at contact@fabricprousa.com or 8-5pm M-F PST at (619)-517-0840.
What are my delivery options?
All orders are delivered using USPS.
How long does delivery take?
Default for within the U.S. is Priority (3-8 days) and overseas International Priority (14-20 days). Overnight U.S. is available and 2-3 day overseas is also available.

1. Checking sole plate temperature using an infrared gun
An infrared temperature gun will not report correct temperatures from shiny metallic surfaces. To make an IR temp gun correctly report temperatures from the Fabric Pro iron, simply place a short piece of masking tape in the center of the sole plate and use that for the target area. (Shown below).
